




Job Summary: A leading real estate management company is seeking a Concierge to oversee the entry and exit of people, as well as supervise building activities and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verify the entry and exit of people 2. Monitor the building's activities 3. Maintain control over contractors and suppliers A leading real estate management company requires personnel for the position of Concierge in the district of La Molina. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify the entry and exit of people from the building. * Monitor, detect, and report any relevant incidents to the Administrator/Coordinator. * Ensure normal operation of building activities, continuously reporting any events and recording them in the incident logbook. * Maintain control over contractors and suppliers entering the premises upon prior authorization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions. * Completed secondary education. * Highly responsible and honest. * Service-oriented. * Availability: 6 days per week / 12 hours per day / Rotating shifts. **BENEFITS FOR MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprises):** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * 15 annual vacation days. * Affiliation with Essalud. * Monthly payments. * Contributions to the pension system (AFP/ONP). * Mid-year and year-end bonuses equivalent to 50% of monthly salary. * Compulsory Savings Fund (CTS) equivalent to half a month's salary annually.
