Job Summary: Gibson Investments seeks a responsible and punctual concierge for a building in Surco, focusing on access control, resident assistance, and building maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and resident assistance 2. Daily building cleaning maintenance 3. Incident logging and reporting **Gibson Investments**, a company dedicated to condominium management with over 15 years in the market, offers a temporary position to cover vacations as concierge for a building in Surco. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control building access * Register visitors and announce their arrival * Clarify and address resident inquiries * Record events in the incident logbook * Report daily incidents to supervisors * Perform daily building cleaning according to the assigned schedule and keep the reception area and work zone clean and orderly * Register entry and exit of service providers upon prior authorization by residents or management * Collect garbage from upper floors and remove it **Job Requirements:** * Availability to work starting **April 1st**, Monday to Saturday, on fixed 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm * Prior experience in concierge roles * No police, criminal, or judicial records * Mandatory dress code: white shirt, formal trousers, and formal shoes * Must be available to work on public holidays * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual **We Offer:** * Payment via honorarium receipt * Compensation: S/ 60.00 per shift worked * Double pay for public holidays worked * Positive work environment **Important:** * Payments are made **monthly**, after completion of all scheduled shifts Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to S/.60.00 per day Application Question(s): * Do you agree that payments are made monthly, upon completion of all shifts? * In which district do you currently reside? * Do you agree with the schedule (Monday to Saturday) and compensation (60 soles per shift worked)? * Are you immediately available to start working?
