Together, we lead the way toward more sustainable mining and construction. **Join our team as a Consignment Warehouse Administrator** **Your mission** will be to responsibly manage the consignment warehouse under your responsibility, reviewing valuations and reporting consumption stock timely and accurately. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Handle spare parts dispatches to all contractors authorized by the customer * Request scheduled spare parts for immediate consumption * Control and administration of warehouse consumption vouchers * Coordinate with the customer on the monthly report for billing purposes * Report consumption for billing * Comply with environmental protection regulations and current legal provisions DS\-023, Law 29783\. * Perform monthly closings, which include: consolidating the valuation of your contract, invoicing, invoice delivery, tracking invoice payments, and meeting deadlines set by Epiroc’s Finance Department. * Comply with company regulations and procedures. **Our ideal candidate** * Education: Technical Administration, Technical Maintenance Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering degree. * 2 years of experience in warehousing and/or warehouse administration. * 2 years of experience working in the mining industry or related sectors. * Knowledge of warehousing processes. * Proficiency in systems (BPCS, SAP, PowerMaint \- preferred). * Experience in warehouse and/or spare parts consumption reporting processes. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred). * Basic knowledge of heavy machinery spare parts for mining or construction. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage. * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable) * Willingness to travel to high-altitude locations and work under non-standard shift systems. * Light vehicle driving (Class A2B driver’s license preferred) **Work Location:** San Gabriel Project **Everything starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must expand to serve a growing population.
