Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for the implementation and consulting of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), internal audits, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and consulting on Integrated Management Systems (IMS) 2. Conducting internal and external audits 3. Training and coordination with clients on quality standards **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. · Diplomas and/or specialized courses in Integrated Management Systems. · Training on occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental legal regulations. · Internal auditor training. · Course and/or training in process management or BPMN. · At least 1.5 years of experience implementing management systems based on ISO 9001-14001-45001 in consulting firms or other sectors. · Knowledge of and/or experience implementing Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. · Microsoft Office (Intermediate) · Power BI (Desirable) **Responsibilities:** · Prepare all required documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.) for implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS). · Provide consulting support to clients regarding needs and/or issues necessary to achieve objectives of each IMS implementation project. · Deliver presentations and training sessions to raise awareness about management systems for assigned projects. · Coordinate with client personnel to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and project objectives. · Schedule consulting sessions according to project timelines. · Prepare consulting reports and statistics for service performance analysis. · Coordinate and supervise client personnel directly involved in IMS implementation projects to facilitate achievement of objectives. · Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System programs. · Plan and conduct internal audits. · Perform inspections and/or compliance audits of client processes. · Propose improvements to enhance client IMS performance. · Support company-organized events promoting its services. · Other duties as assigned according to the nature of the position.
