Job Description We are looking for **Contact Center Executives** focused on prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling potential clients for our portfolio of residential/commercial projects. Main Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to our registered and interested database. * Identify customer needs and recommend the property best suited to their profile. * Manage and update customer information in the CRM system. * Coordinate appointment schedules between customers and field sales advisors. Profile Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in telephone customer service, collections, retention, or intangible sales. * **Skills:** Active listening, verbal fluency, high frustration tolerance, and objection handling. * **Education:** Completed technical/vocational diploma or bachelor’s degree, or currently pursuing/uncompleted university studies. * **Tools:** Basic/intermediate proficiency with digital tools; CRM experience is desirable.
