Submit monthly reports with recommendations. **MINERA MH S.A.C.,** a company engaged in mineral exploitation and processing, is seeking to fill the position of **JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Public Accountant. * Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (MINING SECTOR). **FUNCTIONS:** * Supervise and control **accounting, tax, and treasury operations**, approving accounting results. * Develop and implement **internal procedures and controls** in accordance with current accounting and tax regulations. * Prepare **Financial Statements**, Projected Financial Statements, as well as **Notes and Annexes**. * Execute the **accounting cycle closing** and reconciliations of assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. * Supervise the accounting recording of **sources of financing**, ensuring control over transactions. * Submit **monthly reports** on financial, accounting, tax, and budgetary control, proposing recommendations. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of IFRS and IAS, Tax and Labor Legislation, Payroll, Mining Sector Regulatory Framework. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Employment under an atypical 20-days-on/10-days-off work regime. * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation.
