Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and methodical Junior Accountant to manage comprehensive accounting operations, prepare tax settlements, and analyze financial statements. Financial statements (FS) preparation and analysis JGA Consultores is looking for a **Junior Accountant** to join our team in an on-site capacity. We seek an organized and methodical accounting professional with experience in comprehensive accounting management and the ability to handle multiple clients while accurately meeting tax deadlines. The candidate must adapt to a dynamic environment, demonstrating technical judgment, proactivity, and commitment to work quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant. * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting consultancies or firms, managing accounting operations comprehensively. * Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Starsoft. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience in services and/or construction sectors (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive accounting management. * Tax settlement preparation. * Financial statements (FS) preparation and analysis. * Compliance with tax and accounting obligations. **Conditions:** * On-site work, Monday to Friday. * General labor regime. * Monthly salary between S/ 3,000 and S/ 3,200, subject to evaluation.
