Leadership in schedule and cost analysis for claims **CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR – CONSTRUCTION OR MINING SECTOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mining, Mechanical) or Law. · Minimum 8 years of experience in contract administration or project management within the mining sector. · Experience with physical and digital document management systems ensuring rapid retrieval of any project document. · Specialization in Project Management and Claims Analysis. · Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6 (User Level) · Advanced Excel skills · Willingness to work in Challhuahuacho – Las Bambas / Apurímac · Willingness to work under a 20x10 work regime. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Commitment and Obligation Matrix: Coordinate with leaders from each area (Logistics, Engineering, Field) to ensure timely delivery of milestones, plans, and reports per contractual deadlines. · Contractual Minutes Control: Manage contractual minutes and meeting records during management and site meetings, ensuring all agreements, responsibilities, and deadlines are duly recorded with contractual validity.
