Accordingly, we invite you to participate in our search for a **Document Control – Mining** role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, administer, and control archival, conservation, and usage activities for documentation originating from the client or WSP’s Integrated Management System (IMS). * Receive documents delivered by the client, such as Transmittals (drawings, technical specifications, procedures, standards, responses to RFIs), service orders, letters, and other contractually stipulated or otherwise relevant documents. * Classify and archive documents systematically. * Maintain an up-to-date index of all archived documents. * Deliver, upon request, controlled copies of documents to respective departments. * Provide rapid and efficient document access to leaders, supervisors, or other organizational members requiring them. * Ensure sensitive and confidential documents are protected against unauthorized access. * Maintain a functional library containing technical information, drawings, and IMS-related information for project staff. * Ensure long-term document preservation. * Perform backups of critical documents. * Accurately review and control documents to ensure all records comply with required standards. * Maintain appropriate records for audits and verifications. * Update obsolete documents and ensure use of the most current versions. * Periodically review documents to maintain relevance and accuracy. * Serve as the first-level review filter for received documents (formal compliance). * Identify and alert on deviations during service delivery, proposing solutions to prevent negative impacts. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, among others, in performing assigned activities. **Professional Background:** * Graduate in engineering, administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in roles and/or functions similar to document control for mining projects (CQC/CQA supervision, construction, construction supervision, etc.). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office applications. * Availability to work on-site under field work arrangements. \#LI\-GV1 \#Perú **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Miraflores**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 1**Job Posting** Mar 2, 2026, 11:04:33 AM
