This includes leading the development and updating of control plans and FMEAs, managing events by applying continuous improvement tools, and leading the Quality pillar within the Operational Excellence program. It also covers APQP/PPAP management and reduction of the Cost of Poor Quality across all processes. Additionally, the Coordinator supports the Quality team in implementing methodologies such as 5S, Simple Kaizen, BreakAways, One Idea One Improvement, and the Objectives and KPIs Matrix, as well as organizing Kaizen events. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- ### **a.** **OPERATIONAL** * Conduct process audits to measure the effectiveness of quality plans. * Lead Lean implementation in the area, including 5S, Simple Kaizen, BreakAways, One Idea One Improvement, the Objectives and KPIs Matrix, and Kaizen events. * Implement process improvements based on quality and Lean Six Sigma tools. * Develop process maps, data analysis, visual management tools, among others. * Deliver training aligned with the Quality Skills Matrix. * Lead process capability improvement actions (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk), including reporting and follow-up. * Lead Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) improvement actions, including reporting and follow-up. ### **b.** **ADMINISTRATIVE** * Development and updating of Local Standard Procedures for quality management. * Lead the creation, updating, and effectiveness measurement of quality assurance plans, FMEAs, and PPAP. * Develop and communicate quality performance indicators. * Coordinate assigned activities for the Business Excellence Assessment (BEA). ### **c.** **SHES (Occupational Safety)** * Comply with the Safety, Health, and Environment Policy. * Generate and report SLIs, Take 5, and ELIs in the Enablon system according to established targets. * Identify and report weak signals applicable to Safety. * Comply with all written safe work procedures, policies, standards, safety regulations, and codes of conduct established by OMS. * Attend all scheduled Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) and Environmental training sessions and meetings promptly. * Use appropriate PPE according to the process and applicable standards, and ensure its proper care and cleaning. * Report incidents, as well as unsafe acts and conditions. * Update and ensure compliance with area TIERS. **Requirements** -------------- * + Intermediate level in MS Office (advanced preferred, including macro knowledge); Power BI (intermediate to advanced). + 5S implementation. + Continuous improvement tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Visual Management, etc.). + Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt (Green Belt preferred). + Desirable knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP. + Desirable certification as an ISO 9001 internal auditor. + Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC). + SAP user-level proficiency. + MS Office (advanced level preferred, including macro knowledge); Power BI (intermediate to advanced). * Advanced English **Experience** --------------- ### **Education** * University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. ### **Required Experience** * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in quality, continuous improvement, or process areas within industrial plants. * Active participation in the implementation of continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, or others), contributing to process identification, analysis, and optimization. * Preferably, experience leading continuous improvement projects. **What We Offer?** ------------------- As part of a truly global company, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn in a diverse and collaborative culture.
