Description

Position Summary: Plan, manage, and control production costs, ensuring accurate cost allocation, valuation, and deviation analysis for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Advanced proficiency in Excel. \- Basic proficiency in Power BI. \- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in process improvement. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in costing and budgeting. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or administrative support roles for production management. Main Function: Plan, manage, and control the production costs of the assigned Business Unit, ensuring accurate cost allocation, valuation, deviation analysis, generation of management reports, and process standardization; thereby contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of the costing system and ERP.
