At Real Systems, we seek a proactive, analytical candidate focused on accompanying our customers throughout their entire journey, contributing to their satisfaction, loyalty, and success. *Our ideal candidate:* \- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. \- Specialization in Customer Experience (CX) or Customer Management. \- Management of customer experience KPIs. \- One year of experience in similar roles. *Responsibilities:* *\-* Track the customer journey from sale through system implementation. \- Monitor customer touchpoints and identify improvement opportunities. \- Conduct satisfaction surveys (CSAT, NPS) and analyze results. \- Coordinate welcome meetings (kick-off) for new customers. \- Coordinate preventive actions to enhance the customer experience. \- Track adherence to the implementation schedule. \- Keep customers informed about project progress, milestones, and pending items. \- Measure metrics related to experience, adoption, and retention. \- Issue early alerts regarding customers at potential risk of dissatisfaction.
