Experience in international freight forwarding agency 2. Shipment tracking and coordination skills 3. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency and SINTAD Carga system operation Requirements: \- 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding agency (Mandatory) \- Proficiency in shipment tracking, coordination of new shipments, status reporting, and import documentation handling. \- Knowledge of booking requests, matrices, VGM, and export coordination. \- Organized and detail-oriented individual. \- Experience managing account statements from overseas agents. \- Commitment and sense of responsibility. \- Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency \- SINTAD Carga system operation skills Responsibilities: \- ROI creation in the system. \- Coordination with agents worldwide. \- Review of drafts with clients. \- Sending shipment status updates to clients, etc. \- Reviewing agents' debit notes to verify billed costs. \- Requesting charges from agents and third parties.
