Opportunity for professional growth We are seeking top talent to fill the position of **CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT**. **Responsibilities** * Serving customers (internal and external). * Issuing policies, endorsements, and supplements. * Providing insurance quotations. * Daily entry of DATA into insurance administration systems. * Managing portals of various insurance companies. * Daily reporting of completed tasks, pending tasks, or tasks awaiting attention via email. **Requirements** * Completed technical studies in Computer Science, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or call centers. * Experience in insurance companies (preferred). * Basic proficiency in Excel and Outlook. * Availability to work in Ate (Salamanca area) and reside in Ate, San Luis, San Borja, or nearby districts. * Clear diction for phone calls, strong writing and spelling skills. * High level of organization and planning. **Benefits** * Starting salary: S/ 1500 (contracted as independent contractor with honorarium receipt). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Friday and Saturday remote work). * Dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on learning and growth. ***Join our team and grow with us as a Customer Service Assistant!*** Salary: Starting from S/.1,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate your DNI number. * What is your academic degree and field of study? * How much experience do you have in customer service or call centers? * Do you have experience in insurance companies?
