Opportunity in the gastronomic sector. **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR DIVINO DETALLE** **Responsibilities** * Manage social media (review and reply via WhatsApp) * Coordinate with customers regarding cake orders and delivery times * Send invoices and collect payments via WhatsApp * Assemble cake boxes during free time * Use CapCut and Canva for design tasks **Requirements** * Minimum **6 months** of experience in customer service or similar roles * Experience in the gastronomic sector (preferred) * Basic proficiency in **Canva and CapCut** **Work Schedule** * Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Lunch break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM * Day off: Sunday * Holidays worked according to agreement **Benefits:** * Paid trial week * Birthday benefits * Honorarium receipt Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
