Opportunity for multichannel customer support, including WhatsApp At 3eriza, we are looking for Customer Service Teleoperators to support the brands **Kia, Peugeot, Chery, and Mitsubishi**. **Responsibilities:** * Answer customer calls and resolve inquiries. * Schedule appointments for maintenance or inspections. * Record inquiries or complaints. * Provide WhatsApp support based on performance. **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 50 years. * Minimum 3 months of experience in customer service. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Basic computer skills. * Strong communication skills. * Availability for hybrid work (must have a laptop or PC, internet connection, and headphones for remote work). **Conditions:** * Fee-for-service payment * **Salary:** S/.1130 * **Variable bonus:** S/.300 * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays) **Training:** * 3 days of theoretical training and 2 days of on-the-job training (OJT) * S/.20 per day attended * Payment issued upon completion of 1 month of service Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have a laptop/PC, internet connection, and headphones for working from home? * Is it feasible for you to work in Surquillo?
