Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to advise clients on customs regulations, review documentation, manage orders in SINTAD, and coordinate customs clearance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise clients on customs regulations. 2. Coordinate and carry out the routing of clients' cargo. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customs Sector Specialist or Customer Service representative at a customs agency. * Knowledge of special agreements, Amazonia Law, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). * Experience in preparing and tracking customs files. * In-depth knowledge of customs regimes 10, 40, and temporary regimes, as well as anticipatory customs clearance. * SENASA and VUCE procedures. * SINTAD system. **Responsibilities:** * Advise clients on matters related to customs regulations. * Review received documentation to verify absence of errors or omissions; if identified, coordinate with the client for correction. * Create orders in SINTAD and assign them to the customs liquidator. * Send daily customs clearance status updates to clients. * Coordinate and carry out the routing of clients' cargo as appropriate. * Check free days for demurrage and storage. * Submit requests via the VUCE system to schedule SENASA inspections. * Coordinate with Customs and/or BOE for scheduling physical inspections.
