Farmacias Magistral**, a Peruvian pharmacy chain led by pharmaceutical professionals, specializing in the preparation of Magistral Formulations. Currently, we operate 29 branches nationwide and continue expanding, leading the pharmaceutical market with a focus on personalized and comprehensive patient care. Today, we seek a new talent who shares our passion for skin care and customer service to join our team as a **Sales Advisor** at our **Próceres – SJL** branch. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related health-care fields (Not mandatory) * Minimum 6 months’ experience in dermocosmetic product counseling, customer service, and/or skin care-related services. * Knowledge of dermatology and skin care. * Availability to commute to **Próceres \- SJL** **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide personalized counseling on dermocosmetic products based on customers’ needs and concerns. * Conduct product demonstrations and explain proper usage and application. * Ensure displayed products are neatly arranged, clean, and visually appealing. * Accurately and efficiently address customer inquiries. * Accurately record sales and transactions in the point-of-sale system. * Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, with full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, Essalud contributions, family allowance). * Fixed salary \+ attractive performance-based commissions. * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
