Position Summary: We are seeking a fixed security guard for access control, registration, and assistance to residents, ensuring building order and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and visitor registration. 2. Assistance and support to residents and visitors. 3. Maintenance of order and incident reporting. **Gibson Investments**, a company dedicated to building and condominium management with over 15 years in the market, offers a fixed security guard position at a building in San Isidro, located six blocks from the intersection of Av. Javier Prado Oeste and Av. Arequipa. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control building access. * Register visitors and announce their arrival. * Manage parking areas. * Clarify inquiries from residents or visitors. * Record events in the incident logbook. * Report daily incidents to supervisors. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. * Record entry and exit of service providers upon prior authorization by the resident or management. **Job Requirements:** * Availability to work Sundays on a 24-hour shift from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. (holiday pay is double), subject to employer’s operational needs. * Ability to commute to the district of San Isidro, located three blocks from the Embassy of Mexico. * Preferably reside in districts adjacent to San Isidro (e.g., Jesús María, Surquillo, Lince, etc.). * Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Mandatory dress code: white shirt, formal trousers, and formal shoes. * Must be available to work on public holidays. * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual. **We Offer:** * Compensation of S/. 120 per 24-hour shift. * Double payment for holidays worked. * Monthly payments via honorarium receipt.
