At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **You definitely don’t want to miss out!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Software development for application maintenance and vulnerability remediation in code identified by Scotiabank’s Security Team scans. * Support to the QA team on queries and correction of identified issues. * Deployment of applications into non-production environments for certification. * Version control of code modifications using tools provided by the team. * Documentation of evidence for vulnerability remediation in modified applications. * Participation in coordination meetings with the development team and peers in the Digital Solutions area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge and experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS). * 3 or more years of experience with Java. * Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot for API and microservice development. * Knowledge of secure development and vulnerability remediation. * Development and consumption of REST and SOAP services. * Proficiency with Bitbucket and version control using Git. * Experience with Oracle Database querying and administration. * Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI. * Analytical ability, incident resolution skills, and teamwork.
