Job Summary: We are seeking a Semi-Senior or Senior full-stack web developer to design, implement, and maintain applications, optimize performance, and participate in technical decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Full-stack development with Python, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. 2. Participation in system architecture and design decisions. 3. Optimization of application performance, scalability, and stability. **Responsibilities** \* Develop web applications from scratch and contribute to ongoing projects. \* Design, implement, and maintain frontend and backend functionalities. \* Participate in technical decisions related to system architecture and design. \* Implement and maintain deployments using containers. \* Optimize application performance, scalability, and stability. \* Integrate external services via APIs. \* Review code and contribute to the team’s continuous improvement. **Technical Requirements** \* Proficiency in Python and backend development experience. \* Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (Next.js or similar preferred). \* Experience with Django or other backend frameworks. \* Proficiency in relational databases (modeling, querying, and optimization). \* Experience in: \* Designing and consuming REST APIs \* Web application architecture (frontend, backend, and services) \* Version control with Git (collaborative workflows, pull requests, code reviews) **Infrastructure and Architecture (critical):** \* Experience with Docker (application containerization, image and service management). \* Knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, scalability, and container orchestration) – desirable. \* Experience in production deployments and environments (CI/CD is a plus). \* Understanding of architectural patterns (modular monolith, microservices – desirable). \* Basic knowledge of web application security, performance, and scalability. **Academic Qualifications** \* Graduate in technology-related fields (Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar). \* Certifications or relevant hands-on experience are valued. \* Advanced Semi-Senior or Senior level. \* Proven professional experience (ideally \+3 years). \* Ability to work autonomously and contribute to technical decisions. Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
