Therefore, we seek individuals who share this purpose and wish to generate impact within an environment that promotes equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching\-learning process, ensuring students achieve learning outcomes aligned with Innova Schools’ educational proposal. * Implement pedagogical and assessment strategies defined by the institution, providing timely feedback and monitoring student progress. * Design and implement improvement actions and intervention plans (academic, tutoring, and coexistence), aimed at enhancing learning and holistic development. * Develop and apply curriculum adaptations and personalized educational plans for students with diverse educational needs, in accordance with institutional guidelines. * Timely record academic information and comply with institutional requirements and regulations set by educational authorities. * Actively participate in professional development spaces, teacher training processes, and learning communities promoted by the institution. * Collaborate in the development and implementation of the Institutional Educational Project and other pedagogical initiatives at campus and system levels. * Foster a positive coexistence climate, managing classroom situations in accordance with the Internal Regulations and established protocols. * Participate in institutional activities, family engagement spaces, and outreach efforts promoting the educational proposal. * Propose and share effective practices and pedagogical innovations, contributing to the continuous improvement of the educational process. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree, licensed educator, or certified graduate in Education or related fields relevant to the subject taught. * Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in educational institutions, delivering the subject of interest. * Proficiency in Office tools and Google Workspace.
