Identify deviations and report findings with recommendations Join Marco’s team and together co\-create strategies and solutions that impact people’s lives in the trade marketing industry. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Audit key operational processes * Periodically review processes such as payments, refunds, and system records, verifying compliance with established procedures. * Conduct call quality audits • Listen to and evaluate team calls to ensure adherence to service protocols, scripting, validations, and internal policies. • Verify accurate classification and recording of complaints * Ensure team members properly record classifications, notes, and case statuses in the system, guaranteeing consistency and traceability. * Identify deviations and report findings * Detect errors, inconsistencies, or process non-compliance, document them, and report them to the area lead with evidence and recommendations. **What profile are we looking for?** Graduate or currently pursuing a university or technical degree in communications, marketing, administration, commerce, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (calls and emails) Competencies: Strong communication skills, negotiation, organization, analytical ability, initiative, empathy, results-oriented mindset, team management, ability to work under pressure.
