We are looking for 02 young professionals with high potential and strong responsibility (good command of English / knowledge of school-level mathematics) who wish to join a structured and rigorous educational system. **What will be your role?** You will be responsible for supporting students throughout their learning process, ensuring they work with focus, discipline, and autonomy. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and support students as they complete their activities. * Review and correct assignments accurately. * Guide students to develop independence and good study habits. * Maintain an orderly, focused, and structured classroom environment. * Assist with organizing teaching materials and center operations. **Candidate Profile** * Recent graduates in Education, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields. * 01 position requires upper-intermediate or advanced English (**ability to read, comprehend, and guide in English**). * 01 position requires knowledge of school-level mathematics (**ability to teach basic mathematics, strong aptitude for numbers**). * High level of responsibility, punctuality, and organization. * Patience and positive interaction with children and adolescents. * Ability to follow processes and work with discipline. * Mindset oriented toward learning and professional growth. **What We Offer** * Training in a structured and proven international education system. * Development of teaching, communication, and classroom management skills. * A clear career progression path toward roles with greater responsibility (mentoring and coordination). * An excellent, professional work environment focused on results. **Non-flexible schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 11:45 a.m. – 8:15 p.m. Friday: 9:45 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you applying for the English or Mathematics Assistant position?
