Ability to coordinate with insurance companies and verify coverage A reputable clinic is currently seeking a Mobile Admission Executive for the Southern area. What are we looking for? * Minimum 1 year of experience in admission and cash handling (a letter of guarantee is desirable) * Completed secondary education * Recent experience in cash handling * Certification in cashier training is desirable * Strong communication skills, empathy, and proactivity * Availability to work in San Isidro Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM * Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM Main Responsibilities: * Familiarity with various medical insurance company systems and coordination with each to obtain information and/or authorizations * Registering and entering patient data—whether private or insured—into the institution’s information system * Verifying insured patients’ coverage in the system (e.g., surgical procedures, consultations, minor and major surgeries, etc.) * For private patients, entering the pre-invoice, consultation fee, and examination cost * Reporting any system-related issues to the Coordinator immediately Benefits: * Salary: S/1,200 soles \+ a bonus of S/ 200 soles in the second month * Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits * Profit-sharing and Statutory Life Insurance * Timely monthly payments * Discounts on medical and optical services * Health campaigns for employees * Ongoing training and growth opportunities * Excellent working environment Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
