Guide and assist VIP and international patients through the various end-to-end processes or workflows they must follow 2\. Support VIP and international patients requiring scheduling of consultations, procedures, imaging studies, or laboratory tests 3\. Track budget and letter-of-guarantee procedures via BAW (internal system) for VIP and international patients 4\.
