Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Executive for the Institutional Projects area, responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing commercial opportunities for the Ecosystem 3 Project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial management and closing of opportunities in institutional projects. 2. Participation in promotional events and customer acquisition. 3. Teamwork to develop commercial proposals. **The Lima Chamber of Commerce, a leading institution with over 138 years of experience in the business sector, is seeking a:** **Commercial Executive for the Institutional Projects area** * Prospect and contact potential customers interested in the services of the Ecosystem 3 Project (BGA – Germany). * Manage and follow up on commercial opportunities until closure. * Develop and present commercial proposals in coordination with the project team. * Conduct commercial meetings and negotiations. * Achieve established sales targets. * Participate in promotional events and activities to acquire new customers. * Maintain updated customer information and management results. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies, or incomplete studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate sales, commercial management, or business development. * Experience in insurance agencies, AFPs, banking, or media communications (desirable). **We Offer:** * Employment type: Independent contractor (receipt for services rendered). * Market-competitive remuneration (fixed base + commissions). ***At the Lima Chamber of Commerce, we promote gender diversity, nationality diversity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities and/or different abilities through equal opportunity in all our processes.*** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations (base + commissions) Work Location: On-site employment
