Job Description: * Train and provide commercial support to travel agencies both in-person and virtually. * Manage and expand the agency portfolio, strengthening commercial relationships. * Promote tourism programs, packages, and marketing campaigns. * Follow up on requests, reservations, and pre- and post-sale processes. * Drive sales closure and achievement of commercial objectives. **Profile Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience **in travel agencies, tour operators, or wholesalers** (preferred). * Proficiency in CRM systems (Bitrix24\ is ideal). * Advanced technological skills, with the ability to operate multiple digital platforms and tools. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel * Quick learning ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. * Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and other departments. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a leading tourism-sector company with over 27 years of experience. * Ongoing training on technological tools and reservation systems. * A dynamic and professional environment offering opportunities for development and growth. * Work location: Miraflores (On-site) Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
