At Alpamayo Inversiones, we are looking for an **Electrical Engineer** for the real estate sector. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Electrical Engineering or related fields. * Experience in electrical installations and maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical diagrams and material calculations. * Familiarity with safety standards and risk prevention. * Availability to travel to different locations. **Key Skills** * Responsibility and organization, Technical analysis ability, Teamwork, Results orientation, and Attention to detail. **Responsibilities** * Supervise electrical installations and technical work at sites and projects. * Verify electrical wiring, conduits, and connections according to drawings. * Perform calculations of materials and supplies required for electrical work. * Coordinate electrical repairs and installations with suppliers or specialized companies. * Prepare wiring diagrams and supervise installation of electrical systems. * Ensure proper operation of installations through scheduled inspections. * Apply electrical safety standards and occupational risk prevention measures. **Considerations** * Monday to Saturday. Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturdays 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM. * Pueblo Libre location (100% on-site). * Professional growth opportunity. * Full payroll + benefits as per law.
