Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electrical Modeler to develop electrical BIM models and deliverables for complex and large-scale building projects.

We are looking for an **Electrical Modeler** to contribute to the development of models and deliverables for the **Electrical** discipline within complex and large-scale building projects, supporting design quality, coordination, and constructability through BIM methodology.
**Requirements:**
* Electrical Engineer, Mechanical\-Electrical Engineer, BIM Modeling Engineer, or BIM Modeler.
* Experience in electrical discipline BIM/MEP modeling.
* Experience in **medium- or large-scale building projects**; experience in airports, hospitals, terminals, or other complex buildings is desirable.
* **Revit MEP – Electrical: intermediate level, mandatory.**
* **AutoCAD: intermediate/advanced level.**
* Knowledge of **federated models and BIM coordination**.
* Basic proficiency in **Navisworks** or equivalent tools for coordination and clash detection.
* Basic knowledge of electrical standards: **CNE, NTP, NEC, and NFPA**.
Responsibilities:
* Develop **electrical discipline BIM models** using Revit MEP, in accordance with established design criteria and guidelines.
* Generate **drawings, details, sections, and elevations** from the BIM model, ensuring consistency with technical documentation.
* Model medium- and low-voltage electrical systems and equipment, including distribution boards, transformers, UPS units, generators, switchgears, and switchboards.
* Model **surface-mounted and buried electrical conduits**, cable trays, ducts/pipes, external networks, raceways, and junction boxes.
* Develop models for **interior and exterior lighting, grounding systems, and lightning protection systems**.
* Interpret drawings, sketches, and guidelines provided by discipline engineers for accurate implementation in the model.
* Participate in **interdisciplinary BIM coordination** with architecture, structural engineering, MEP, and ICT disciplines to identify clashes and potential incompatibilities.
* Create and parameterize **electrical families, systems, and components**, maintaining model quality and structure.
* Support **model and drawing quality control**, verifying consistency, clashes, BIM standards, and design criteria.
* Participate in preparing **complete electrical discipline delivery packages**: BIM model \+ drawings.
