Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site electrical supervision, ensuring technical, quality, and safety compliance in mining projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead on-site electrical supervision in the mining sector 2. Coordinate with various disciplines and manage progress 3. Participate in testing, commissioning, and startup **Position:** Electrical Supervisor / Cerro de Pasco 20x10 **Academic Qualification:** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Electrical Engineer. **Experience:** * Minimum 6 years in electromechanical projects within the mining sector. * Experience working with mining clients. * Proficiency in Excel and MS Project (preferred). * Experience leading on-site supervision of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems. * Experience in cable tray installation, cable pulling, and termination. * Installation of electrical equipment (motors, switchboards, MCCs, substations). * Participation in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and energization. * Coordination with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines. **Technical Knowledge:** * Standards: National Electrical Code (Peru), IEEE, NFPA. * Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings and red-line markups. * Management of RFIs, quantity take-offs, valuations, and change control. * Electrical testing (megger, continuity, grounding). * Electrical safety: IPERC, ATS, LOTO. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead on-site electrical supervision, ensuring technical, quality, and safety compliance. * Coordinate workface release with client and other specialties. * Validate field engineering and manage discrepancies. * Monitor progress, productivity, and resource utilization. * Participate in testing and startup activities. * Report progress and constraints to the project manager. **Offered Benefits:** * Accommodation provided * Meals provided * Round-trip transportation from Lima Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * Please state your profession and academic degree. * Specify the mining company where you have worked, including as a third-party contractor. * What is your salary expectation? * Indicate your current district or department of residence.
