Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrician Technician with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, including HVAC and security systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for installations. Coordination with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction **ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Certified Technician in Electricity · Knowledge of HVAC systems and security technology. · Minimum 4 years of experience as an electrician. · Experience in the hotel industry, clinics, and/or continuous operations. · Availability to work rotating shifts **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and perform preventive maintenance to avoid · failures. · Carry out corrective repairs efficiently and promptly. · Install new electrical systems and equipment, such as lighting, HVAC systems, and security technology. · Follow the established maintenance schedule for designated equipment. · Ensure all electrical installations comply with local and national regulations. · Maintain detailed records of work performed, maintenance activities, repairs, and document any electrical incidents. · Collaborate with other departments, such as general maintenance and customer service, to coordinate activities and ensure guest satisfaction. · Monitor inventory of materials and tools required to carry out assigned tasks. · Ensure scheduled tasks are completed within the established timeframe. · Perform additional duties as required by Maintenance and/or Operations Management. **BENEFITS:** · Market-competitive salary. · General regime payroll registration. · 100% covered meals. · 80% covered EPS (Health Insurance). · Hotel points. · Career development path.
