Join a company offering an empowering work environment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate of Industrial Electricity Technical Program. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical inspections, panel assembly, power and control wiring, busbar modifications, blueprint reading, EMT conduit installation, among others. * Knowledge of meter installation and programming, and EMT conduit routing. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Availability to work rotating shifts (with greater frequency during night hours). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct observations assessment for Electrical Substations, Grounding Systems, and Electrical Panels. * Propose new projects for facility improvements and provide technical support for other activities. * Locate, identify, inspect, and repair faults in branch circuits and electrical panels. * Prepare and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams. * Perform corrective maintenance on electrical installations. **BENEFITS** * Competitive market-rate salary with full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, social security, mandatory life insurance, family allowance). * EPS and Oncological Insurance (Optional). * Opportunity for growth and development. * Profit-sharing. *\*This position is suitable for persons with disabilities\** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to travel nationwide? * When can you start working with us? * What is your expected salary? * Are you available to work rotating shifts (with greater frequency on the night shift)? * Do you have experience in technical reviews and observations assessments for INDECI inspections?
