Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to ensure operational continuity and reliability of plant electromechanical equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Today, we seek to add young talent to our team for the position of: **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** **Job Mission** Ensure operational continuity and reliability of plant electromechanical equipment by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, guaranteeing proper operation of mechanical, electrical, and industrial automation systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic inspections and diagnostics of electromechanical equipment—including electric motors, control panels, power systems, mechanical transmissions, and auxiliary equipment—to identify deviations, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. * Verify the operation of PLCs, sensors, actuators, frequency inverters, and control instruments. * Perform electrical tests using specialized measurement equipment to ensure equipment reliability. * Carry out calibration and adjustment activities for plant control and instrumentation systems. * Participate in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new electromechanical equipment. * Update technical records, work orders, and equipment maintenance history. * Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to address failures and execute scheduled maintenance activities. * Comply with industrial safety, electrical safety, and lockout\-tagout (LOTO) procedures during interventions. * Provide support in equipment handling and installation using forklifts or lifting equipment when certified accordingly. **Requirements** * Completed technical training in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Electricity. * Knowledge of reading electrical and mechanical drawings, pneumatics, hydraulics, frequency inverters, PLCs, and industrial automation. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits** * Salary \+ Overtime Pay * Commuting allowance * Meal coverage * Statutory benefits * Profit sharing * Formal payroll from day one of employment ***At Klar Latam, we champion equity, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals.
