Product training and fulfillment of customer needs. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process of blasting to ensure correct detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Carry out the blasting design process, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast results tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training on products and their properties. * Ensure fulfillment of customer needs by addressing requirements and requests. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Preferably 1 year of experience in underground mining. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Desired knowledge of blasting processes. * Preferably A2b or A1 license (3 years old).
