Position Summary: Coordinate and execute the electronic initiation process of blasting operations, ensuring correct detonation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination and execution of blasting processes. 2. Generation of reports and post-blast results tracking. 3. Product training and addressing customer needs. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic blasting initiation process to ensure proper detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, verification, charging, and detonation. * Collect blasting process data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast results tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct product training sessions covering product features and properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by responding to their requirements and requests. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining industry experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver’s license preferred (3 years of validity).
