Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized individual with a service-oriented mindset to work as a live-in household employee, providing a family-friendly, quiet, and respectful environment. Well-organized schedule that allows for task distribution and rest We are ESG NEGOCIOS, and we are looking for a responsible, organized, and service-oriented individual to serve as a live-in household employee in a family-friendly, quiet, and respectful environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * General cleaning and maintenance of the home * Assistance in food preparation (including lunch and packed lunches) * Care and supervision of an infant * Organization of the infant’s belongings and clothing * Assistance in maintaining daily household order **Daily Routine:** * Prepare breakfast and get the infant ready for daycare (including lunch, packed lunch, and backpack) * The infant attends daycare in the mornings, allowing for calm and focused home organization during the day * Light assistance at home and companionship in the afternoon **Working Hours:** * Start: Sunday at 5:00 p.m. * End: Friday at 9:00 p.m. (ensuring everything is left in order) * Rest Period: From Friday night through all of Saturday and Sunday until 5:00 p.m. **Compensation:** * Salary: S/ 2,000 per month **Payment Method (choose one):** * Payroll * Service invoice * Domestic worker regime (terms to be coordinated) **We Offer:** * A positive work environment * Respectful and considerate treatment * A well-organized schedule that allows for task distribution and rest throughout the day * Possibility of arranging additional benefits based on performance **Requirements:** * Prior experience in household duties and/or childcare * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment * Good interpersonal skills, patience, and willingness to work with infants * Age between 35–45 years or extensive prior experience.
