Position Summary: Occupational Nurse responsible for designing and implementing the Annual Occupational Health Plan, supporting evaluations, and participating in occupational medical surveillance to ensure worker well-being. Completed SERUMS.** **FUNCTIONS:** * In coordination with the Occupational Physician, design and implement the Annual Occupational Health Plan to comply with preventive measures established in Law No. 29783, the Occupational Safety and Health Law, and other complementary regulations. * Support worker evaluations in coordination with the Human Resources Office Sub-Management. * Support scheduling of evaluations based on statistical records. * Consistently participate in occupational medical surveillance, including follow-up of cases identified during occupational medical examinations, ensuring personnel comply with medical recovery or control recommendations. * Support implementation of the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Plan and Program, including mandatory recordkeeping, training, and other instruments related to the occupational safety and health management system. * Maintain records of forms, certificates, evaluations, and other documents generated by the Occupational Health Service operations. Reports must be stored digitally and sequentially to facilitate proper information management. * Support the Occupational Safety and Health Committee in actions corresponding to this specialty. * Conduct continuous follow-up of personnel experiencing medical incidents. * Provide occupational medical care to workers. * Participate in field visits for occupational medical evaluations at Zonal Administrations, coordinated with the Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor, at least once (01\) per month. * Continuous attention to suspected and confirmed COVID\-19\ cases. * Conduct Active Breaks at least seven (07\) times per week, targeting permanent staff across various Offices and/or Zonal Administrations. * Conduct at least two (02\) monthly training sessions on prevention of occupational diseases, delivered at the start of workers' shifts (attendance records and photographic panels must be maintained). * Maintain up-to-date records of medications administered to workers under occupational medical care.
