Job Summary: We are seeking an Equipment and Machinery Production Assistant to coordinate, inspect, and control the efficient use of machinery in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Grupo SANNY, a leading construction company in the central region of the country, is looking for an **EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY PRODUCTION ASSISTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Professional**: Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * **General experience**: 1 year. * **Specific experience**: Minimum 6 months in field production for pavement, sidewalk, and/or irrigation system projects (public works). **Knowledge** * · **Reading** and interpretation of technical documents: drawings, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, budget, and schedule. * **Recording** and progress control: measurement of production per item. * **Proficiency in** Lean Construction, MS Project, S10, Delphin Express, AutoCAD, and Intermediate Microsoft Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Coordinate** scheduling and availability of equipment and machinery according to the production plan and work fronts. * **Inspect** the operational status of equipment and machinery before deployment and during site usage, reporting malfunctions or maintenance needs. * **Monitor** the efficient on-site use of machinery and equipment, ensuring proper operation and minimizing downtime. * **Coordinate** with the maintenance department to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * **Record and update** daily equipment and machinery logs (hour meter readings, fuel consumption, hours worked, availability, and stoppages). * **Assist** in assigning operators and equipment according to production requirements at each work front. * **Supervise** compliance with safety regulations during machinery operation and proper equipment usage. * **Manage** logistics related to equipment and machinery, including mobilization, demobilization, and fuel supply. * **Prepare** daily or weekly reports on equipment and machinery performance, availability, and utilization on site. * **Assist** in controlling operational costs associated with equipment and machinery usage, reporting deviations or incidents.
