We are seeking a technical specialist to design, implement, and configure IP intercom systems, leading projects from inception to final delivery.

Safe\&Smart Solutions seeks to hire, on a project basis, a technical specialist with experience in the design, implementation, configuration, and commissioning of IP intercom systems, preferably Akuvox-branded products.
The ideal candidate must be capable of transforming customer requirements into a comprehensive, secure, and functional technical solution for residential buildings, commercial offices, condominiums, and retail premises.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting technical site surveys.
* Designing intercom, video door entry, and access control solutions.
* Specifying equipment, network topology, cabling, power supplies, PoE switches, and accessories.
* Configuring Akuvox devices, including indoor stations, video door phones, access modules, and mobile applications.
* Integrating the system with electric locks, door motors, cameras, SIP PBXs, networks, and building automation systems.
* Executing installation, configuration, and commissioning.
* Performing audio, video, door release, remote communication, and network functionality tests.
* Diagnosing and resolving connectivity, IP addressing, VLAN, SIP, and power supply issues.
* Training customers and delivering floor plans, wiring diagrams, credentials, configurations, and a basic operational manual.
* Providing technical support during the warranty or system stabilization period.
Required Knowledge and Experience
* Proven experience with IP intercoms, video door phones, or access control systems.
* Preferably hands-on experience with Akuvox equipment.
* Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP addressing, DHCP, VLAN, PoE, switches, and router configuration.
* Familiarity with protocols and technologies such as SIP, RTSP, and ONVIF.
* Experience with electromagnetic locks, electric locks, exit buttons, sensors, and backup power supplies.
* Ability to interpret architectural drawings and produce connection diagrams.
* Basic knowledge of electronic security, low-voltage electricity, and structured cabling.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with installers, electricians, network technicians, and end customers.
* Availability to work on deliverables-based assignments and travel to job sites as required.
