The position targets a professional with a high level of organization, judgment, confidentiality, and executive presence, who provides direct support to management in administrative management, operational coordination, and follow-up of strategic activities. **Profile** Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in **Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields**. Minimum of **1 to 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant**, or in similar positions, preferably within **industrial, corporate, or service-oriented companies**. Knowledge and skills in: * Management and organization of executive schedules, meetings, and executive coordination. * Preparation of reports, presentations, and management reports. * Follow-up on commitments, agreements, and assigned tasks. * Handling and control of confidential documentation. * Coordination with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance, human resources). Proficiency in office tools: * Intermediate-level Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Corporate email and digital platforms. Strong organizational ability, effective communication, proactivity, and sound judgment. Professional appearance and demeanor.
