Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in recruiting and selecting Call Center profiles. * Experience in mass selection processes. * Proficiency in job boards such as Indeed, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, and Facebook Jobs. * Experience conducting resume screening and telephone or virtual interviews. * Availability to work on objectives and meet performance indicators. * Having a candidate portfolio will be considered an added advantage. Responsibilities * Posting job vacancies across various recruitment channels. * Conducting active candidate sourcing. * Performing resume screening according to the required profile. * Scheduling and conducting initial interviews. * Tracking candidates throughout the hiring process. * Keeping the applicant database up to date. * Meeting established coverage targets.
