FANUC CNC Machining Center Programmer and Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC programmer and operator with experience in metalworking to machine parts, manufacture machines, and maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC machine programming and operation (Mastercam, Camworks, Solidworks) 2. Machining parts and manufacturing machines according to drawings 3. Responsibility for using measuring instruments and requesting resources WE ARE A METALWORKING COMPANY OPERATING UNDER THE MYPE REGIME * Program using preferred software Mastercam; if experienced with other software such as CAMWORKS or SOLIDWORKS, adaptation to the CNC Machining Center PC is possible. * Machine parts according to engineering-provided drawings to meet customer requirements. * Manufacture machines when required to complete assigned tasks. * Report any machine breakdowns or malfunctions to enable timely maintenance. * Properly use measuring instruments and tools under your responsibility. * Responsible for requesting all necessary resources from your Plant Manager or Plant Supervisor to execute work, prepare and condition materials for use—ensuring appropriate quality and adherence to schedule. * Operate assigned machinery or equipment properly. * Request necessary tools from the warehouse to fulfill the corresponding process. * Verify surface finish and dimensional accuracy of machined parts during and at the end of each process, where applicable. * Maintain effective communication with your immediate supervisor. * Generate daily production reports. * Report non-conforming products to your immediate supervisor.
