Appointment scheduling and customer follow-up. **Join our team!** **Big Drummers Music Academy** is looking for **FEMALE CANDIDATES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE** with skills in public interaction, digital tool proficiency, and proactivity. **Requirements:** ✅ Customer service experience (preferred). ✅ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Messenger, and office platforms. ✅ Residence near the district of **San Miguel**, or nearby areas: **Magdalena, Callao, Breña, Pueblo Libre, Lince.** ✅ Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. ✅ Ability to schedule appointments and follow up with customers. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Manage **WhatsApp and Messenger** chat, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments. ✅ Provide in-person service to customers interested in our music courses. ✅ Assist the **Academic Coordinator** and the **Dr. (Psychologist)** with administrative tasks. ✅ Record attendance for **psychology patients** and **academy students**. ✅ Issue **receipts and invoices** per customer and student requests. ✅ **Additional commissions:** S/.10 per successful enrollment. **Employment Conditions:** **Contract type:** Service invoice (**NOT payroll-based**). **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: **11:00 a.m. \- 8:00 p.m.** Saturday: **10:00 a.m. \- 7:00 p.m.** **Salary:** Starting from **S/.1,200\.00 per month** **If you meet the requirements and wish to join our team, please send us your CV.** Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month
