Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Commercial Executive for Technical Services to provide support, solutions, and perform sales and installations of security systems in Lambayeque. Therefore, we are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **Field Commercial Executive – Technical Services / Lambayeque.** **Requirements:** * Valid A1 driver's license. (Mandatory) * Commercial area experience. **Responsibilities** **Customer Query Resolution and Assertiveness** * Provide technical support to resolve technical malfunction issues. * Develop on-site new solutions to prevent future complaints. * Submit required maintenance/installation/sales/prospect reports for interdepartmental awareness. **Quality** * Adhere to established occupational safety and hygiene standards. * Ensure quality compliance in all assigned tasks. **Upselling** * Perform expansions (sales of new equipment) during assigned maintenance tasks. * Maintain records of maintenance activities and assigned materials. * Audit newly installed systems. **Sales** * Prospect identification through referrals from current customers and/or non-customers. * High-impact sales closing. * Ensure correct installation of sold services. **Alarm System Installation** * Perform new installations. * Collect payments for new installations for subsequent invoicing. * Meet company-established targets. * Maintain records of activities and assigned materials. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration (payroll). * Food card \+ Commissions. * Career development path. * Pleasant work environment. * Health insurance (EPS).
