Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Field Commercial Executive – Technical Services / Chimbote \- Ancash.** **Requirements:** * Valid A1 driver’s license. (Mandatory) * Experience in the commercial field. **Responsibilities** **Resolution and Assertiveness in Addressing Customer Queries** * Provide technical support to resolve technical fault issues. * Develop on-site solutions to prevent future complaints. * Submit maintenance/installation/sales/prospecting reports required for interdepartmental awareness. **Quality** * Adhere to established occupational safety and hygiene standards. * Ensure quality compliance in all assigned tasks. **Upselling** * Perform expansions (sales of new equipment) during assigned maintenance tasks. * Maintain records of maintenance activities and assigned materials. * Audit newly installed systems. **Sales** * Prospect leads through referrals from current customers and/or non-customers. * Close high-impact sales. * Ensure correct installation of sold services. **Alarm System Installation** * Conduct new installations. * Collect payments for new installations for subsequent invoicing. * Meet company-established targets. * Maintain records of activities and assigned materials. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration (payroll). * Food card \+ commissions. * Career progression path. * Pleasant work environment. * Health insurance (EPS).
