




Job Summary: Provide field technical support to clients, ensuring the installation, configuration, and proper operation of technological equipment and systems. Key Highlights: 1. Field technical support role with on-site client visits. 2. Installation and configuration of technological equipment and systems. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Android device support. Provide on-site technical support to partners/clients, ensuring correct installation, configuration, and operation of the company’s technological equipment and systems. Main Responsibilities: Conduct on-site technical visits to partners (Lima Metropolitan Area). Install and organize equipment racks (electrical and communications). Configure, install, and maintain tablets, displays, TVs, and Android devices. Administer and configure devices using Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions. Provide basic technical support for installed systems and applications. Verify connectivity, cabling, and proper equipment functionality. Document completed work, incidents, and resolutions. Coordinate with central support or development teams when necessary. Essential Requirements: Experience in field technical support (mandatory). Personal motorcycle with valid documentation (mandatory). Knowledge of rack installation. Experience configuring Android tablets and similar devices. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune (configuration and enrollment). Basic networking knowledge (WiFi, routers, IP). Availability for fieldwork.
