Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field SSOMA Supervisor or Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations in architecture and engineering projects, supervising activities and managing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety supervision for architecture and engineering projects.
2. Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and SSOMA regulations.
3. Monitoring on-site assembly activities and tool usage.
A growing company in the architecture and engineering sector is seeking a **Field SSOMA Supervisor or Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist** for service stations across Metropolitan Lima and Provinces (occasionally), who meets the following profile:
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining, Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an **Occupational Safety and Health (SST) Supervisor, SSOMA Supervisor, and/or Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist**, with official work certification.
* Knowledge of current occupational safety and health regulations.
* Training in high-risk work (**working at heights, electrical work, hot work, civil works, etc.**)
* Preferably, training in occupational safety and health (SST), scaffolding assembly/disassembly, and working at heights (**certificate or diploma**)
**Availability:**
* For Metropolitan Lima and provinces (per project basis; per diems apply only for provincial assignments)
**Responsibilities:**
* Submit photographic reports documenting attendance and proper use of PPE by workers.
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications for products and services defined by the client on site.
* Compile a complete list of all materials and resources required for the project and communicate it to Warehouse and Procurement departments for fulfillment.
* Supervise daily progress of activities and workplace safety.
* Accompany and monitor each assembly or task to verify correct use of tools, resources, and procedures established by the Company.
* Maintain photographic records of on-site activities for inclusion in daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports.
* Submit reports promptly within requested deadlines.
* Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: S/.2,400.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month

* If selected, you must undergo a medical examination and scheduled training courses to become certified as a Field SSOMA Supervisor for service stations; this homologation process may take 7–15 days. Are you available to complete this training?
