Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Assistant to manage financial and accounting operations, support cash flow management, and coordinate reporting with Management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct coordination with Management for reporting **FINANCE ASSISTANT \- CALLAO** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in this role or similar functions. * Experience in the cleaning services sector (preferred). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Knowledge of accounting and financial processes. * Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP (preferred). * Willingness to work on-site in La Perla. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record, monitor, and track the company’s financial and accounting operations. * Support cash flow management and control. * Manage and safeguard confidential financial and accounting documentation. * Coordinate directly with Management for preparing financial reports and performance analysis. * Perform bank reconciliations and account controls. * Monitor payments, collections, and financial commitments. * Maintain up-to-date records of income and expenses. * Provide support during internal and external audits. * Strictly comply with financial and internal control policies. **BENEFITS:** **Market-competitive remuneration.** **Formal employment under the General Regime.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please provide your mobile number and WhatsApp number. * Specify your highest academic degree obtained. * What is your salary expectation? * How many years of experience do you have in this position? * How many years of experience do you have in the cleaning services sector? * Do you have advanced Excel skills?
