Coordination of administrative operations **Job Objective:** Provide comprehensive support for the company's financial management through control of accounts receivable, treasury, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and coordination of administrative operations, contributing to the achievement of the organization's financial objectives. **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor customer collections. * Verify customer registration and receipt of invoices. * Coordinate collection of invoices and promissory notes nearing maturity. * Prepare and submit discount schedules for promissory notes and invoices to financial institutions. * Record bank deposits, tax withholdings, and other financial transactions in the system. * Perform bank and customer reconciliations. * Prepare collection and accounts receivable reports. * Support control and updating of the customer portfolio. * Download and record tax withholdings, tax deductions, and related documents. * Receive, organize, and archive financial and accounting documentation. * Coordinate sending and receiving of documentation with customers, banks, and suppliers. * Provide support for treasury and financial management activities. * Assist in preparing information required by Accounting and Finance departments. * Maintain up-to-date records and controls for the department. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
